What does the $750 option include?

Two slots on the same card. Most businesses use them to appear on both the front and the back, or to double their space on one side so their offer is impossible to miss.

How many businesses are on each card?

Sixteen total, with eight ad slots on the front and eight on the back. The center of each side is reserved for the EDDM postal indicia and The La Mesa Spotlight branding.

What does 'one business per industry' mean?

Only one business per category appears on a given card. Once a roofer takes the roofing slot, no other roofer can buy in on that mailing. Categories are released first come, first served.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every mailing is booked one month at a time. Skip a month or cancel entirely. Just let us know before the design deadline for the next card.

Do I need to supply artwork?

No. Send a logo if you have one, plus the offer and contact details you want featured. We design the ad and send a proof for your approval before anything is printed.

Who receives the card?

Residential addresses on selected high-income carrier routes in La Mesa, delivered through the USPS Every Door Direct Mail program. It goes to homes, not to a purchased list.

How do the QR codes work?

Each slot gets a unique QR code that points wherever you want, such as your website, a booking page, or an offer landing page. We report how many times your code was scanned after the mailing lands.

When is the deadline to be on the next card?

Slots close when the card fills or on the 15th of the prior month, whichever comes first. Mailing drops the first week of next month.
